Shipping Policy for Red Letter Chaser, LLC

At Red Letter Chaser, LLC, we aim to provide you with the best possible service. Please take note of our shipping policy below and reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. Additionally, please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
• Order Processing: Orders take 3-7 business days to process depending on their volume. We process orders in the order they are received. Orders are shipped via USPS Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of packages.
• Shipping Locations: We only ship to the 48 contiguous states and cannot ship to APO/AFO/DPO military addresses. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail and take 2-7 business days to arrive at their destination (excluding weekends and holidays).
• International Shipping: We regret to inform you that we do not currently ship internationally, including Canada. However, we will keep you informed of any updates regarding this matter, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
