At Red Letter Chaser, LLC, we always aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Our products are made-to-order, which means that we do not accept any returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy applies to all of our products.

Custom Orders

We cannot accept returns on customized shirt/digital orders unless there is a printing error that differs from the approved design proof. However, if a printing error does occur, Red Letter Chaser, LLC will happily reprint your order or provide a complete refund. In the case of a cancellation for custom orders, customers will be charged an artwork setup fee of $50.00.
