Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on order volume. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received and are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination.

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, Red Letter Chaser, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. If your package is affected, we recommend contacting USPS directly to initiate a claim or request assistance.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Red Letter Chaser, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, including shipments to Canada. We appreciate your understanding and will announce any future changes to our shipping availability.
